When DMORI came to us, it had a brand with potential and a very clear idea of what it wanted to convey, but it lacked an online store up to the task. Today it sells nationwide, has sold out several times and has a platform that grows with it. This is the road we traveled together.
The challenge
DMORI did not just need "a website". It needed a store that really sold: fast, with a professional image that reflected the brand's identity and, above all, with frictionless card payments within Ecuador. And it needed to be accompanied, step by step, without technical jargon that left her out of her own business.
What we built
We set up her custom WooCommerce store and guided her through every decision, from the catalog structure to the shopping experience. The design did not stay a generic template: we worked on the visual direction hand in hand with what the client wanted for her brand, making sure every screen sold as much as the product.
- Custom WooCommerce store, built to convert and easy for the client herself to manage.
- Premium design aligned with DMORI's identity, not a catalog template.
- Datafast integrated as the payment gateway to take card payments within Ecuador.
- Support throughout the whole process, so the client could run her business without depending on anyone.
Payments with Datafast
To take card payments in Ecuador we integrated Datafast, one of the most solid options for local commerce (we compare it in depth in our guide on which payment gateway to choose in Ecuador). That way DMORI went from depending on manual transfers to accepting online payments immediately and securely.
The timing: World Cup 2026
The project coincided with the 2026 World Cup boom. DMORI launched a line of national team jerseys designed for women, and the store was ready to withstand the surge. The result was immediate: stock sold out several times and had to be replenished again and again.
A website is worthless if it is dead. What drives sales is feeding it and bringing it traffic, and that is exactly what is happening with DMORI.
Results
- Stock sold out on several occasions since the launch of the World Cup line.
- Steady sales driven by the brand's activity on social media.
- A delighted client, owner of her store and her operation.
What we like most about this case is that the website did not stand still: the client feeds it, brings it traffic from social media and turns it into a real sales channel. That is the difference between having an online store and having an online store that sells.
