(02) How it works
Clear terms from the start.
The amounts, periodicity and specific conditions of each retainer are those stated in the accepted proposal.
Recurring billing
Plans are billed by period (usually monthly) and paid in advance at the start of each period.
Plan scope
Each plan includes a defined set of hours or services. Work beyond that scope is agreed and quoted separately.
Hours do not roll over
Unless otherwise stated, hours or services not used within a period do not automatically carry over to the next one.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically each period. You can cancel the renewal with the agreed notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed.
