Common questions about custom development.
Custom ERP or Odoo / SAP Business One?
If your processes are standard, an off-the-shelf ERP is usually enough. If you have business rules of your own, many integrations or already pay to customize, custom development tends to cost less in the medium term and the code is yours. We review it with you in the first conversation.
Can you migrate from my spreadsheets or current system?
Yes. We migrate your historical data and validate it with you before going live.
How long does a custom ERP take?
We work in stages: a first module in production within weeks and the rest by milestones. The exact schedule depends on the scope and we define it in writing at the start.
When does custom development make more sense than a template?
When your operation has rules of its own that a template or plugin does not handle well, when you need specific integrations (invoicing, the SRI, local gateways) or when you have already hit the ceiling of an off-the-shelf system. If you only need presence, a corporate site or a landing page may be enough.
Which technologies do you use?
Mostly Laravel for the backend and Next.js / React for the frontend, plus WordPress or Strapi as a headless CMS when the project calls for it. We choose the stack for your case, not the other way around.
Is the code mine?
Yes. Unlike an off-the-shelf SaaS, custom development is yours: we hand over the code and the documentation. You are not tied to a mandatory monthly fee to keep using your own system.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused system can take 4 to 8 weeks; a complete platform, several months. After the initial consultation we give you a schedule with concrete dates and work by milestones.
Do you issue electronic invoices?
Yes. We issue SRI-authorized electronic invoices for every payment, with all your company’s tax data.
