## Nearshore, no time-zone friction.

Guayaquil is on UTC-5, the same as the US East Coast in winter and one hour apart in summer. Real-time meetings, not next-day emails.

- Shared hours — standups, reviews and support inside your working day, not the next one.
- Stripe payments — subscriptions, recurring billing and ACH or card charges.
- Taxes and accessibility — state-by-state sales tax calculation and interfaces built for WCAG 2.1 AA, a frequent basis for accessibility lawsuits.
- Privacy — consent and data handling ready for CCPA/CPRA when you serve California.

## What we can develop to measure.

- **Management systems**: Lightweight ERPs, CRMs and internal software that organize your company’s operation.
- **Web platforms and portals**: Private areas, customer portals and platforms with their own logic.
- **APIs and integrations**: We connect your website to invoicing, the SRI, payment gateways and external services.
- **AI automation**: Processes that run on their own and assistants that free up your team.
- **Custom ecommerce**: Stores that escape the template: catalogs and checkouts built around your flow.
- **High-performance headless sites**: WordPress or Strapi as the backend and Next.js in front: fast and tailored.

## Software built for your operation, not the neighbor’s.

- Business rules of your own that no plugin handles well.
- Dashboards and reports with the data you actually look at.
- Integrations with your systems: invoicing, the SRI, gateways, ERPs.
- Code that is yours, with no monthly licenses tying you to a platform.

## FAQ

**Do you work in English with US clients?**

Yes. Communication, documentation and code are delivered in English if you prefer; the team also works in Spanish.

**How do you handle the time difference?**

There is almost none: Guayaquil shares a time zone with the US East Coast in winter and is one hour apart in summer. We agree on a fixed meeting window at kickoff.

**When does custom development make more sense than a template?**

When your operation has rules of its own that a template or plugin does not handle well, when you need specific integrations (invoicing, the SRI, local gateways) or when you have already hit the ceiling of an off-the-shelf system. If you only need presence, a corporate site or a landing page may be enough.

**Which technologies do you use?**

Mostly Laravel for the backend and Next.js / React for the frontend, plus WordPress or Strapi as a headless CMS when the project calls for it. We choose the stack for your case, not the other way around.

**Is the code mine?**

Yes. Unlike an off-the-shelf SaaS, custom development is yours: we hand over the code and the documentation. You are not tied to a mandatory monthly fee to keep using your own system.

**How long does a custom project take?**

It depends on the scope. A focused system can take 4 to 8 weeks; a complete platform, several months. After the initial consultation we give you a schedule with concrete dates and work by milestones.

**Do you issue electronic invoices?**

Yes. We issue SRI-authorized electronic invoices for every payment, with all your company’s tax data.
