**Do you work in English with Canadian clients?**

Yes. Communication, documentation and code are delivered in English if you prefer; the team also works in Spanish. For Quebec we can leave the platform ready to add French content.

**How do you handle the time difference?**

There is almost none with Eastern Canada. With the western provinces the overlap is several hours. We agree on a fixed meeting window at kickoff.

**When does custom development make more sense than a template?**

When your operation has rules of its own that a template or plugin does not handle well, when you need specific integrations (invoicing, the SRI, local gateways) or when you have already hit the ceiling of an off-the-shelf system.
