A landing page has a single job: getting whoever arrives to take one specific action, whether writing to you, requesting a quote or buying. That is why it works differently from a full site: fewer menus, fewer distractions and a single message. If you are unsure which one you need, read [landing page vs website](/en/landing-page-vs-website-which-one-your-campaign-needs).

> A landing that converts answers three questions in seconds: what you offer, why it is for me and what I do now.

## 1. Start with one offer and one action

Before designing, decide:

- **Who** you are talking to (one type of customer, not "everyone").
- **What you offer** (a service, a promotion, a product).
- **What action** you want (a form, a call, a WhatsApp message).

If the page tries to achieve several things at once, it achieves none.

## 2. The structure that works

There is no magic formula, but this sequence works for almost every case:

1. **Headline and subheadline:** the promise in one sentence and how it is delivered.
2. **A visible call to action** without having to scroll.
3. **The problem** you solve, in your customer's words.
4. **The solution:** what it includes and how it works, in simple steps.
5. **Benefits** (what the customer gains), not just features.
6. **Social proof:** cases, client logos, real reviews.
7. **Frequently asked questions** to clear up doubts and objections.
8. **A final call to action,** repeated.

## 3. The headline rules

Whoever arrives decides in seconds whether to stay. A good headline:

- Talks about the **result** the customer wants, not about you.
- Is **specific:** "Quotes ready in minutes" beats "The best solution".
- Uses your customer's language.

Try two or three versions and measure which works best.

## 4. Copy that helps people decide

- **Short sentences** and paragraphs of a few lines.
- **Benefit before feature:** "Serve customers at any hour" before "AI bot".
- **Objections answered:** price, time, trust. If people wonder about something, answer it on the page.
- **Clear verbs on buttons:** "Request a quote" beats "Submit".
- **No promises you cannot keep.**

## 5. Real social proof

Nothing convinces like seeing others already did it. Use cases with concrete data, client logos with permission and real reviews. If you do not have them yet, one detailed case is worth more than ten empty sentences. You can see how we show cases in our [projects](/en/projects).

## 6. The form: ask for little

Every extra field lowers conversion. Ask for the minimum to take the next step (name, contact and, if needed, one key question). Add:

- **A clear button** and a confirmation message.
- **A WhatsApp alternative** for those who prefer to write.
- **A visible privacy notice.**

## 7. Speed and mobile

Almost all campaign traffic arrives from phones. A slow landing loses visits you already paid for. Take care of images, scripts and responsive design, and check the [Core Web Vitals](/en/core-web-vitals-in-2026-what-they-are-and-how-to-improve-them).

## 8. Measurement: what is not measured does not improve

Before launching, install:

- **Analytics** with conversion events (form submission, WhatsApp click, call).
- **The source of each visit** (which campaign brought it), with UTM parameters in your ads.
- **Heatmaps or recordings** if the volume justifies it.

With that you can answer what matters: how much each lead costs and where the best ones come from.

## 9. Checklist before launch

| Check | Done? |
| --- | --- |
| One offer and one action | |
| Headline that talks about the result | |
| Call to action visible without scrolling | |
| Real social proof | |
| FAQ covering objections | |
| Short form and clear button | |
| Looks good and loads fast on mobile | |
| Analytics and conversions installed | |
| Privacy notice | |

## 10. After launch

A landing is not finished when it goes live. Look at the data, test changes one at a time (headline, button, offer) and keep what improves the result. It also helps for the page to be findable in search engines if you are aiming for rankings: see [on-page SEO](/en/on-page-seo-the-complete-guide-you-can-actually-apply-today).
